Notes
ENGIE describes The Plains Renewable Energy Park as a proposed/in-development integrated wind and solar project south of Hay with up to 1,350 MW proposed wind capacity and up to 1,900 MW total park capacity, but no plant-specific greenfield construction cost was found in sourced materials. Used AEMO/Aurecon 2024 onshore wind benchmark O&M for fallback. Because the site is not yet commissioned and no DUID/capacity was provided, capex and per-MW values are left null rather than inferred from benchmarks.
