Project-specific greenfield capex was not found in official owner/developer or government sources searched. OX2’s project page states the approved project is a 128MW (AC) solar farm with a 128MW BESS at Rollingstone and operations expected by 2029. AEMO/Aurecon solar PV benchmark was used only for O&M context, not capex. The internal default fixed O&M was applied as a fallback. The project appears to be under development and not yet commissioned.
