The site page and planning portal indicate the project includes solar and BESS; the reported cost appears to cover the combined development, not solar-only. Solar capacity is shown as 155 MW on the planning portal and about 134 MW AC on the project website; the NEM listing shows 160 MW. Capacity inconsistencies mean capex_per_mw is based on the 155 MW planning-portal figure as the closest official project capacity reference, but should be reviewed.
