Plant-specific reported capital investment from Ark Energy sources is ~A$3 billion for a ~1,000 MW project. I used the reported project figure rather than AEMO benchmarks. Project design has evolved over time (2022 newsletter said ~$2.7 billion and ~1,100 MW; 2025/2026 materials say ~A$3 billion and up to <1,000 MW). OPEX defaults were retained because no plant-specific operating-cost disclosure was found. The EPBC summary states the project is expected to have an operational life of 60 years.
