Notes
No plant-specific battery-only greenfield capex was found for the Dinawan Energy Hub battery component. The best project-specific public figure found is for the wider Dinawan solar-and-battery project: AUD 1.35 billion for 800 MW solar plus 356 MW / 1,574 MWh battery storage, approved in April 2026. Because that figure covers a combined solar-storage package rather than the battery asset alone, it was not used as capex_total_aud for this battery generator. Project sources indicate the Dinawan Energy Hub includes 300 MW / 1,200 MWh battery storage as part of the broader hub, but no separate battery capex was disclosed. Battery O&M and other operating assumptions were not publicly disclosed in the project sources and would require benchmark-based estimation if needed.
