No plant-specific greenfield construction cost was located in the searched owner/developer, government, or market sources. Photon Energy disclosed acquisition of development rights and land for a 9.8 MWp/10 MWh Boggabri solar-plus-storage project in Nov 2022, but the price was undisclosed.
