No plant-specific greenfield capex announcement was found in official/owner/government sources during this search. I therefore did not assign reported capex. O&M values are taken from the 2024 AEMO/Aurecon Energy Technology Cost and Technical Parameter Review bioenergy assumptions; the report states biomass generation is mature and bagasse remains a significant source of renewable energy in Australia.
